As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for leading the efficient and reliable operation of servers, and providing support to the IT team with networking issues and general troubleshooting.  

This position is located at our headquarters in London, Ontario.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provides highly available physical and virtual server environments to the corporate IT Team
• Ensures IT policies and licensing agreements are adhered to
• Implements anti-virus / malware protection 
• Provides user support, and troubleshooting issues
• In charge of managing O365 Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Supervises the ongoing performance and maintenance of phone systems 
• Responsible for procuring and managing server infrastructure services, equipment, software and suppliers.
• Supports the IT team with backup solutions, cross team projects and administrative tasks

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in System Administration
• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience 
• Experienced with Linux and Microsoft Servers (2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
• Good understanding of VMWare, and Azure Virtual Servers 
• Proficient in server configurations, and utilizations
• Experienced in troubleshooting IT issues
• Passionate about emerging technologies
