We are hiring a Key Account Manager in our St. Thomas OR Mississauga, ON locations!

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering profit, share, and revenue targets for specific Regional and Independent accounts, as well as supporting growth at select National Accounts via analytical and implementation activities. By generating insights from sales, market and customer data, you will build and implement action plans to drive profitable & balanced growth with customers in order to foster strategic, long-term growth. You will also be heavily coordinated with our Masco Support Services (MSS) Field Services Team in order to improve our customers’ experiences and drive program penetration and brand advocacy.

  • Develop strategic plans with your customers and deliver quick resolution to issues, while identifying and capturing opportunities.

  • Develop processes and strategies to optimize the resources and results with Regional and Independent customers.

  • Support the National Account Manager on overall strategic analysis & reporting requirements.

  • Use systems, technologies & standard methodologies to streamline and optimize reporting and sales processes.

  • Work with the MSS field teams to ensure successful representation & execution at the store level and report insights back internally.

  • Use in-depth analysis to provide feedback on monthly, quarterly forecasts with accuracy.

  • Work with internal teams to prepare & lead selected trade shows (in person or virtual).

  • Assist with planogram, pricing, promotional and category management activities as the need arises.

  • Support the development of e-commerce programs within Regional an Independent Accounts.

  • Develop and refine strategic selling skills, building towards future responsibility growth within large National Accounts.

  • 2-5 years of Account Management or Business/Channel Development experience

  • Must be highly self-motivated, energetic, passionate and capable of team/independent work

  • Strong analytical & forecasting ability

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written)

  • Proven track record in meeting plan objectives & goals

  • Must be capable of planning, coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects

  • Understanding of key financial metrics

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate travel and customer requirements

  • Proven excellence in execution

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • High Level Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Cognos, JDE, Salesforce and Smartsheet programs is desirable

  • Bilingual in English and French is desirable

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
