Overview of the Role

Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Attendant, Production II (Sanitation), for an existing opportunity within our organization. Under the responsibility of the Sanitation Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the sanitation of cheese production and packaging equipment and the organization of the chemical room, while ensuring top quality and safety throughout the process.

Status: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday ; 11pm-7am

Wage Rate: $26.15/hour

*There are 2 salary increases in the first year of employment, with a target rate of $27.55/hour.

How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Setup, tear down and sanitation of Cheese Production and Packaging machines when required throughout the shift
  • Organization and cleaning of the Chemical Room
  • Accurate completion of all required documents and sanitation procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Food/dairy/manufacturing experience an asset
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task
  • Team player, but can also work independently
  • Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time
