About the Job:

Quest Brands Inc.is moving its operations from two facilities in London and Brampton into one brand new facility in London. As a result of this we are in need of a full-time permanent Customer Service Associate.

Job Details:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process customer orders, EDI and otherwise, from order point to pick ticket release

· Ensures order accuracy verifying: pricing, terms, inventory quantity, freight cost, carrier, transit time and product type

· Communicates with Customers: verifying information, confirming orders, , problem solving

· Communicates with warehouse ensuring pick-orders are provided to them in a timely manner

· Updates shipping dates as needed, communicates with customers and warehouse

· Works with the Supply Chain Manager reviewing reports

· Completes custom papers to enable cross border shipments

· Processes customer fine claim forms

  • Provides 3rd party logistics (3PL), inventory labels
  • Creates Advance Ship Notice, inputs freight logistics through Expo and UPS website

· Ensures proper signoff takes place

· Attends trade shows as required

· Greets visitors, responds to inquiries via email, phone and in person

· Receives incoming mail, coordinates distribution and processes outgoing mail

· Provide general administrative and clerical support

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

· High School Diploma

· Experience in Portal systems, SAP, order entry

· 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting

· Extremely organized and detail oriented

· Well versed in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

· Familiar with EXPO and UPS websites

· Experience completing Advance Ship Notices

· Experience with providing 3PL

· Experience completing custom papers for cross border shipments

· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
