Customer Service Specialist - Checker
Voyago is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist for our Checker Operations in London, Ontario.
Your Role
- You are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for Checker Limousine
- You provide a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment
Requirements
Your profile
- You are able to read and communicate in English effectively
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- You have 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience
- You have the ability to work independently
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- You are an Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset
- You are available Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
