From institutional and healthcare facilities to transportation and industrial structures, your expertise will make a lasting impact.

Your Impact


  • Design and analyze steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures for diverse building projects.
  • Apply advanced finite element modeling and cutting-edge design software to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections, condition assessments, and general conformance reviews.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop elegant, sustainable structural solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building the next generation of talent.
  • Support proposal development and client engagement activities.
  • Champion computational design and integration of graphical and analytical models.
  • Travel occasionally within Canada for site assessments and project support.

     
The Skills That Set You Apart
 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer with PEO.
  • 7–10 years of experience in structural engineering design and construction administration.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software and finite element modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of OBC and NBC codes.
  • Experience across multiple sectors: institutional, healthcare, transportation, industrial, and commercial.
  • A mindset that values innovation, collaboration, and client-centric solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada.

     
Compensation
 
  • BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $98,800 – $130,800
  • MB & ON: $90,100 – $124,100
  • Atlantic Provinces & QC: $89,200 – $118,500
