Job Description
We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in our St. Thomas, ON location!
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for assisting Supervisors with daily tasks including production tag audits and reporting, and verifying the accuracy of the inventory records.
Please note: this role is performed on site at our St. Thomas, ON location, and cannot be performed remotely

What you will do:
- Receiving Coordination
- Verification of incoming goods vs packing slips
- Assist with investigation and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies as they arrive into the facility
- Assist with performing Part Stock audits
- Verification of quantities and locations - Actual vs JDE.
- Assist Receiving Supervisor as requires
- Production Coordination
- Perform daily production tag audits (hours and quantity proof report - JDE)
- Printing and distribute various daily reports including daily management reports, DPL, Machine Shop schedule
- Assist Supervisors with investigating zero picks and inventory discrepancies
- Participate in the ongoing continuous improvement of procedures and processes
Who you are:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using JDE is an asset
- Product knowledge is an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- O.S.S.D or equivalent
