The Cellar role involves cleaning and sanitizing all brite tanks and fermenters (35-300hL), transferring beer through centrifugation, filtration, dosing/blending operations, and finishing beer in the brite cellar. Both roles will follow a schedule to produce on-time product while adhering to strict recipes and brand specifications, working closely with the quality department to ensure product is being produced to the required specification. Equals is certified in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other food safety designations requiring adherence to record keeping, cleaning, and operations policies.

Aside from brewing production, Brewers produce Hard Seltzer, RTD, Cider, and Non-Alcoholic beverages. We also offer our customers product development on a 400L system, which is used for our Brewers’ Series experimental brewing.
