    Career Opportunity:

    We are actively seeking a Masco Retail Service Representative to join our team in London, ON!

     

    Work Responsibilities:

    As the Masco Representative, you will:

    • Provide representation for an array of Masco product (Delta, Mirolin, MasterPlumber, BrassCraft, Peerless), including product display maintenance, inventory management, planogram management, returns evaluations, customer service, and cross-merchandising
    • Provide associate, store-wide, and district-wide product knowledge through in-aisle and classroom style training
    • Participate in customer sales events including commercial/contractor events and how-to clinics
    • Perform project related activities including program resets/refreshes, placement of product promotions, special projects, survey execution, new store set up, and store re-merchandising
    • Perform sales related activities at independent locations including sell in new programs, sell in promos, and support implementation of new product

     

    Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

    • High school graduate or equivalency required
    • 2+ years big-box retail experience
    • Basic knowledge of home improvement, renovation or construction industry
    • Demonstrate proven understanding of personal computers and competence in standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Effective use of organizational skills in a fast-pace environment
    • Capable of delivering product knowledge training and demonstrations to small and large groups
    • Experience operating hand tools, cordless drill, panel saws, etc.
    • Ability to climb ladders, kneel, bend and squat on a consistent basis
    • Willingness to work more than 40 hours upon request
    • Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time, as well as work occasional weekends and holidays
