Reporting to the Technical Product Support Manager, the Technical Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing world-class support to customers by addressing questions about UV and water softener products and ensuring smooth operations through customer satisfaction and meeting departmental KPIs.

This position is part of the Technical Product Support Team  located in Guelph, ON, Canada and will be on site

In this role, a typical day will look like:
 

  • Provide first-level technical solutions for UV and softener products, including installation, operation, and maintenance procedures with a strong understanding of water solutions and water products.

  • Ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various Departments within the company.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Channel Partners to support strategies and customer satisfaction.

  • Approaches problems flexibly - adapting and modifying approaches without compromising the outcome.

The essential requirements of the job include:  
 

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience

  • Ability to manage high call/email volumes and multiple competing priorities.

  • Demonstrates a passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution.

  • Collaborates well with a dynamic and cross functional team (Internal and External customers).

  • CRM Experience (desirable)

  • Engineering Background and/or water quality experience (desirable)
