Customer Service Representative
Salaried Position - Full-time, Permanent
Purpose of Position:
- To be the customer service contact person in the coordination, set up and implementation for a wide variety of products. Work directly with customers to understand and interpret customer needs and product details.

• Profit margin potential for reseller
• Quality of Design
• Quality of Manufacturing
• On Time Performance /product delivery/phone calls returned/product quotes
• Lead Time/Turnaround

• Sales / Marketing / Brand Name / Reputation - Acting on action plans to meet goals.
- Ensure ISO 9001 quality control compliance and documentation
Qualifications:
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs – with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Exceptional organizational and follow through skills
• Very detail and task oriented
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with good writing skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to function well in a fast paced multi-task environment; thrive on challenges
• Prompt reliable attendance, professional appearance
• Team player
Key Accountabilities:
• Key point of contact for internal and external clients
• Activities involve coordinating information, samples, proofs and pricing by email, phone, occasional in person meetings and walk in clients
• Entering orders. Invoicing as required
• Informal and formal quote preparation. Assist with special proposals
• Ensuring effective communication between clients and all internal Sterling stakeholders
• Understand and maintain product information, pricing, and production details by Customer and Product
• Ensuring all quotes (internal/external) contain proper margin
• Assist in clearing monthly open order reports
• Comply with companies processes and procedures
• Other duties or projects as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Monday to Friday
