Customer Service Coordinator/Administrator
Based in London, ON – We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our customer service team. This is a full-time position.
Founded in 1981, Centennial Windows & Doors custom designs, manufactures, installs, and services our own line of award-winning windows and doors and has a reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation.
The right candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is able to handle multiple tasks, capable of meeting deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls
- Retrieve voicemails
- Schedule appointments
- Order window and door components
- Handle and resolve customer service issues and inquiries via email and phone in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare daily service schedule for technicians
- Additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
- Courteous and professional telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Purchasing experience is an asset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
