Team Leader - Midnights - Internal Only - Wright St.
Position Overview:
The Team Leader works in an assigned group (or groups) performing a variety of semi-skilled assembly, production and production related work in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements and Skills:
- Strong positive work ethic.
- Strong attendance and punctuality record, including overtime.
- Successfully passed 3-month probation.
- Ability to perform own quality checks.
- Physical ability sufficient to competently perform the essential elements of the job.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
