The Process Technician will oversee the coaching, mentoring and leadership of machine operators in their daily activities. They will provide technical support, enhance operator work instructions, deliver training as needed, trouble shoot and set up machines as required. Oversee ramp-ups of machines after the setup procedure.

- Provide support for programming and tooling issues including coverage for the 3 shift rotation.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance work instructions
- Coach, mentor and train machine operators
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
- Support training on re-running of tools and parts, gauging and machine operation
- Licensed CNC Machinist or equivalent technical training with over 10 years of related experience (specifically with lathe machines).
- Demonstrated capability in leading a team of CNC Operators.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience with MasterCam or other CAD/CAM software.
- Outstanding communication skills.
