Your role and key responsibilities

We are looking for an Organization &  People/Workforce Analytics Specialist. This role plays a critical role in shaping the organizational foundation for PowerCo’s operations while bringing a strong focus on people data and analytics in St Thomas. This role will collaborate closely with the HR and Finance teams in St. Thomas, colleagues at PowerCo SE Headquarters in Germany.

The Specialist will be responsible for implementing, and coordinating strategies to strengthen organizational efficiency, workforce readiness, and long-term scalability to support PowerCo’s rapid growth and evolving business needs.. This includes analyzing people data to generate insights that support organizational design, workforce planning, and development initiatives; tracking key HR metrics; providing data for informed business decisions. The Specialist will have opportunities to support implementation of compensation related initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of the long-term workforce strategy by supporting the planning of medium- and long-term personnel and role requirements, ensuring alignment with PowerCo’s growth objectives and Group-wide priorities
  • Participate in the establishment and execution of Headcount Controlling in accordance with local requirements and alignment with HQ.
  • Support development, design, and implementation of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with other departments and alignment with HQ.
  • Implement the design and delivery of predictive analytics and reporting to anticipate trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Perform headcount reporting and collaborate with finance to align workforce data with financial planning and budgeting.
  • Plan, manage, and implement organizational development projects & coordinate the release of Org Charts.
  • Create, track and report HR-specific KPIs in line with company, brand, and Group requirements and timeline on all Organizational Development and Workforce Management metrics.
  • Assist in shaping the future work environment (methods, tools, processes) to enhance customer orientation organization wide.
  • Support and manage strategic initiatives for leaner, sustainable organizational structures through organizational development.
  • Coordinate and manage proposals to optimize organizational structure and processes based on corporate strategy, supporting departments in implementation.
  • Participate in job evaluation process and ensure the alignment with HQ on grades when it is required.
  • Support the Compensation & Benefits team on compensation initiatives such as compensation strategy review, implementation and administration of incentive plans.

What makes you stand out

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Development or equivalent.

•  3-5 years of relevant experience in HR & Organizational Development, Finance Controlling, Data Analytics or relevant fields.

•  Core Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and HR technologies (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
  • Strong knowledge of HR data, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and consulting skills with the ability to provide meaningful data interpretations.
  • Ability to create well organized, accurate, and concise material and work documentation for organizational use.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of work force management tools and the ability to maintain them.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Strong project & process management skills with a proven ability to identify and incorporate opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally & Strong written, verbal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is considered an asset.

What to look forward to

Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $70,000- $104,000 CAD, which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan.
