About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join our team onsite in London ON day to day. The successful candidate is a proactive problem solver, with demonstrated strengths in managing multiple priorities as we will rely on you to ensure timely and efficient flow of goods and materials into our facilities.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and manage all inbound logistics activities, including the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of shipments.

• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Learn and engage with global logistics networks, gaining insights and experience in international supply chain management.

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound logistics within the Canadian Market

• Strong understanding of Canadian customs regulations and import/export processes and logistic network

• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite
