• Plan/manage Weld Schedule and Hours Per Unit
• Plan/manage workforce requirements
• Provide support and direction to subordinates – develop subordinates
• Administer Labour Relations Contract
• Assist in development / management of Operating Budget
• Implement / manage General Dynamics Safety Policies / Procedures

Position Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• University degree
• Goal oriented and able to work under demanding conditions
• Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to work and participate within a team environment with minimal supervision
• Adept supervisory and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

•     Previous Supervisory experience
•     Knowledge of shop floor
