Grace Transport Inc. is a family-owned business operating for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Mechanic to work on our private fleet – $42/hour for fully licensed candidates & Company Paid Benefits from Day One!

Location: Strathroy, ON

Position: 310T Truck and Coach Technician

Hours: Rotating shifts Monday–Friday + every other Saturday (6am – 2pm)

• Shift one: 6am – 2:30pm
• Shift two: 11am – 7:30pm

Wage: $42/hour for fully licensed candidates. Compensation may be adjusted based on apprenticeship level and experience for non-licensed applicants.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance, conduct annual safety inspections, troubleshoot, diagnose failures and perform necessary corrections
• Complete all service sheets, work orders and safety paperwork in a timely manner
• Inspect various parts of vehicles to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate and meet safety and compliance standards
• Ensure records are completed accurately and on time
• Follow company policies and procedures while performing work
• Utilize personal protective equipment as required
• Maintain order and cleanliness of tools, equipment and shop
• Assist with other duties as needed

What You Bring:

• Valid 310T or 310J License
• Own tools and a strong work ethic
• A team mindset and pride in your work
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices necessary while operating or repairing vehicles and equipment
