Mainly daytime hours, but some evening teaching may be required.

The School of Transportation Technology and Apprenticeship is looking for temporary Part-time Professor able to provide both theoretical and practical instruction in the following area:
Agricultural Equipment Technician (425A)
Qualifications
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
- Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
- Teaching experience with hybrid and/or online delivery preferred
Part-time Professor - Agricultural Equipment Technician (425A)
- 425A Red Seal designation is required
- 7 years’ of experience minimum
- 5+ years’ of relevant industry experience is required
- Preference given to candidates with teaching experience
- Experience working with equity deserving groups is an asset
- Extensive experience in diagnostics, hydraulic, electrical/ electronic and drive train systems
- Experience working with/training on agricultural and John Deere equipment
