Service Manager

Stewart Overhead Door has been in continuous operation for over 50 years. We have built a reputation for the quality of the parts we supply, for the skill of our service technicians and for the exceptional customer service that is at the core of our business philosophy.

We are currently accepting resumes for Service Manager position. Working out of the main office located in Delaware Ontario, 10-minute drive West of London. You will be working with customers who require service to overhead doors, operators and docks in varying environments to ensure they receive exceptional service. You will work shoulder to shoulder with your technician TEAM to aid in development and be apart of a growing service business.

We are looking for an individual who is eager to be a part of our growing team, provide amazing customer service, attention to detail in a fast pace service environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Hours:

• Day Shift: Days (Monday-Friday)
• Salary position – additional hours maybe required based on situations

Job Requirements

• Previous work in the Overhead/Door industry is an asset
• Excellent Leadership skills at both the employee and management level
• Must have a good understanding of scheduling, delegating & problem resolution skills
• Development, recruiting and training of employees from new hires to senior technicians
• Ability to absorb information quickly and prioritize the schedule effectively
• Familiar with the OHSA, Employment Standards, MTO regulation, and other legislation that applies to the role
• Familiar with computer/tablets and ability to adapt to different software programmes.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and in good standing
