Job Description
The Agricultural Crop Scout will play a key role in the growth and harvest of our crops by monitoring fields and reporting on crop health.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor crops in assigned fields for overall health.
- Document findings and communicate reports to the farm manager.
- Assist in the growth and harvest processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in agriculture or related field.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
