About the Opportunity
Our company is seeking Weld Inspector(s) that will be responsible for inspecting welds at various stages within our welding build processes. The Inspector will utilize and follow work instructions to ensure quality acceptance of weldments and fabrications. Standard weld inspection tools such as fillet gauges, and flashlights are few examples of tools used, in day to day inspection tasks. Nonconformances found will be documented on our forms following our quality processes.

Position Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- CWB Certified CSA W178.2 Level I or AWS QC1 CAWI
- Comprehension and application of CSA W59 or AWS D1.1 Structural Steel Code
- Must be able to interpret Engineering Rendering Drawings
- Previous Quality and/or Inspection background experience
Assets
- CWB Certified CSA W178.2 Level II or AWS QC1 CWI
- LPI/MPI Certification / Experience
- Red Seal Welding Certification or Experienced Certified Welder
- GD&T – Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance Experience
