We are currently hiring for a Distribution Coordinator to join our Distribution team at 15600 Robins Hill Road, London. This position is on our Afternoon B Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:20pm).

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

•          OSSD diploma or equivalent

•          Essential PC skills with Excel, Word, SAP and other Microsoft products

•          Knowledge of transportation operations and customer service an asset.

•          Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all team members.  Telephone manners and proper etiquette important

•          Strong team player, self-motivated and positive outlook

•          Ability to organize and juggle priorities to meet customer needs

•          Able to keep organized in a fast paced, dynamic environment

•          Able to back up order selection duties, including keeping Pallet truck cert up to date
