Machine Builder/Assembler

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various tools and equipment, possess mechanical knowledge, and be able to read schematics and blueprints. Pneumatic knowledge an asset. Givens Engineering installs equipment throughout Ontario and the US, candidates must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities
- Assemble components accurately based on specifications
- Operate power tools and hand tools proficiently
- Utilize forklifts for material handling
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Perform machining tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications
- Experience using fork trucks and scissor lifts.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read calipers, schematics, and blueprints

- valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport
- Mechanical knowledge for assembly tasks

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in machining
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
