Quality Assurance Supervisor
Bosco and Roxy’s is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead daily QC operations, ensure food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, SQF), and drive continuous improvement. You'll work closely with production team to uphold product quality and lead internal audits.
?? What You Bring:
? Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related
? 3+ years in food/manufacturing QC
? HACCP certification (SQF is an asset)
? Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
?? Key Duties:
? Supervise QC team & testing activities
? Oversee documentation, audits & compliance
? Lead CAPAs & collaborate cross-functionally
? Mentor staff & support SOPs and training
