As a Paint & Stain Operator, you will work with fellow production team members applying stain/paint to fibreglass or steel doors and components. You will be responsible for stain/paint set up, surface prep., application, finishing, and any repairs needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be self-directed with an ability to work with limited supervision
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new tools and equipment quickly
• Quality driven
• Strong attention to detail
• Execute appropriate operation and maintenance of machinery and production equipment
• Knowledge of applying paint and or stain by hand using a paint brush or spray gun to achieve quality finished products
• Good housekeeping practices

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience applying stain and or paint by hand or spray gun
• Previous work experience in a production facility

Pay: $22.00 per hour
