What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of electrical utility/generation/renewables applications and markets
  • Determine the competitive market advantage(s) for each group collaborating development of marketing and communications strategies to support brand awareness and revenue generation efforts in each respective sector
  • Develop and drive compelling marketing strategies and content to support overall business objectives, including client presentations, proposals, digital assets, website content, etc., leveraging multiple communications channels and tactics
  • Digital Communications Specialist to manage team providing oversight and management of client and vendor relationships leading digital brand content development efforts
  • Working with management and multi-discipline technical team to develop technology and related services sales expanding customer base
  • As an integral part of our team, collaborate with technical divisions to validate winning solutions
  • Manage accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations for award and post-sales support
  • Generate reports for operations monitoring to achieve a profitable and harmonious work environment
 
What We're Looking For
  • Electrical or computer technologist or engineer with 10 years sales experience of successful track record with the ability to penetrate accounts
  • Strategic skills in selling, analyzing, and evaluating territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan
  • Ability identify and prioritize opportunity pursuits to accurately forecast timeframes of award while providing the best possible visibility into client decision-making and processes
  • Conscientious of staffing needs and new recruitment possibilities
  • Excellent project team participation, technical adapting, speaking, and writing skills to effectively communicate  
  • Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy in work, and organizational skills working cooperatively in a team environment professionally enhancing
  • Must be self-motivated and show initiative to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
