Live Bird Handling Key User

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
The LBH Key user is responsible for building, maintaining, sharing, and sustaining knowledge of London Poultry’s Live Bird Handling System machine and lot tracking software.
As a key user, you will be responsible for training machine operators, service techs, and management team members on the safe and efficient operation and troubleshooting function of LBH. Coupled with the training, you will provide user specific coaching to help improve skill sets.
You will effectively share knowledge of current conditions between shifts. You will be responsible for establishing key assessment criteria and using those criteria to objectively evaluate operators. In times of mechanical failure, you will be heavily leaned on for your expertise to help troubleshoot and resolve large scale breakdowns. After major rebuild activities, you will be used to help evaluate and test system performance/reliability.
