Progress creates the following career opportunity in Tillsonburg, ON:

Facility Cleaner / Janitor

Reporting to the Branch Manager, or designate the Janitor/Cleaner is responsible for keeping the facility in clean and orderly condition. This includes heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, washing walls, glass and furniture, and emptying trash bins.

Responsibilities:

· Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.

· Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.

· Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.

· Emptying trash cans, replace liners.

· Washing and drying windows.

· Order cleaning supplies to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.

· Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.

· Informing the branch manager of repairs that need to be done.

· Restock dispensers.

· Performs all other work activities as assigned and required.
