Job Summary: 

Airia Brands Inc. is seeking a highly organized, motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month internship to join our team to support the growth of our ventilation business units in Canada and the USA. The Marketing Coordinator will design and update spec sheets, sell sheets, brochures, and social media graphics, while ensuring consistency across all platforms. This role involves planning and executing trade show participation and managing logistics. Additionally, tradeshow follow up including post show marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be willing to travel as required, within Canada and to the USA. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and update marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. 
  • Ensure all visual assets follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look.  
  • Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of printed materials. 
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and content creation. 
  • Website maintenance, which includes content updates, product descriptions, user manuals, images, blog posts, landing pages.
  • Create monthly reports on key website performance metrics. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal events and marketing requirements. 
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and execution of shared goals. 
  • Work with wholesalers to ensure our brand standards are being met within their branches. 
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth registration, logistics, swag and staffing etc. 
  • Maintain inventory of trade show supplies and promotional items.  
  • Capture event photos and videos for post-show marketing content.
  • Travel to jobsites or customer locations to document reference projects/support with product launches etc. 
  • Must be versatile and be able and willing to perform unrelated tasks as assigned and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience: 

  • A university degree/college diploma (or working towards) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related program.
  • A motivated, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong writing and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, including traditional, digital, and content marketing. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. 
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
