Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to technically lead new and existing systems to ensure they meet customer expectations. This position will be actively involved in project execution activities from initial design through customer acceptance testing. Come join our team and be a part of executing customer projects to ensure that system design is optimized and able to meet the performance and treatment requirements for specific water and site conditions!

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with commissioning team to provide required information including test protocols, data analysis and reports.
  • Review and approve proposals from the Applications Engineering team as required.
  • Provide aftermarket sales and service team with guidance for system optimizations and issue resolution to address customer performance and cleaning issues.
  • Consult with Research and Development team during the creation and optimization of new and existing product lines.
  • Travel in North America may be required to visit customer sites.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience with water or wastewater treatment equipment systems OR
  • Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience with water or wastewater treatment equipment systems
  • Strong process knowledge and first-hand troubleshooting skills for the following technologies; Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis
  • Advanced ability to analyze water quality and treatment requirements to define system operational needs and best practices
  • Extensive experience analyzing potential foulants and cleaning solutions
  • Creatively solve problems related to system operation to ensure system performance and up time
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze system hydraulics and identify design constraints that may limit or reduce system effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret P&IDs
  • Effectively analyze data to generate high quality performance reports for customers
  • Provide consistent quality of work, including adherence to all relevant procedures and other requirements
