Account Coordinator
Introduction
Reporting to the Brand Manager you are responsible for supporting the Brand / Account Managers in executing on product launches and existing product sales. As a well-organized individual, you will be involved in supporting various aspects of the commercial team in executing and maintaining provincially listed SKU’s.

Position Overview:
· Interacting with the Brand / Account Managers daily and attend client meetings as required
· Assist in invoice tracking and receipt and various materials ordering
· Manage and update brand dashboards prior to client meetings
· Develop SKU specific specification sheets to be used for production staff
· Source and track vendors for packaging, labelling, hardware and various formulation requirements
· Ensure an accurate flow of information from brand managers to production staff on any clarifications required as part of production.
· Process improvement initiatives to improve workflow between brand management and production

Qualifications:
· Expert to Advanced level in MS Office Suite & Google Suite
· Organized, detail oriented, customer service driven
· A self-starter/takes initiative with little direction. Ensures follow through.
· Positive attitude with strong communication skills
· Strong time management skills including ability to multitask and prioritize

COVID PROTOCOL:
This is a hybrid role where you will need to be on site at our production facility with some flexibility to work remotely. Motif provides all required PPE and has continued all safety protocols: a well-fitted mask must be worn at all times while indoors in shared spaces and staff are to remain 2M+ apart, COVID screening must be completed every day prior to entering the facility and we are moving to mandatory vaccination status.
