We are hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Associate in our Mississauga, ON location!

 

The E-commerce Marketing Associate will be responsible for co-developing, delivering and executing our e-commerce marketing and customer experience strategies. This role will be part of our Marketing team, while working very closely with our e-commerce business development team. This individual will value creativity and have a passion to delivering the best online shopping experience, and growing our share within the e-commerce channel. We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Associate help build strategy, create, manage and grow our campaigns on all e-com platforms. Other responsibilities will include analytics and brand protection activities.

  • Develop e-commerce digital campaign strategy for online partners like Amazon, Wayfair, Canadian Tire, Home Depot etc.

  • Execute strategy, create and manage campaigns and promotions. Perform daily, weekly and monthly optimizations based on the performance of the account and the business goals.

  • Develop and manage dashboards, to track results throughout a campaign’s life cycle focusing on business specific KPI’s like CPC, RoAS, NTB, CAC,

  • Regularly share campaign data findings to cross-functional teams for omni-channel redeployment.

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization as well as ongoing ad copy development, performance assessment, and testing/optimization.

  • Analyze all e-commerce sales, including Share, Cross Category Drivers, Basket Analysis, Product/Category Trends, Price Elasticity, etc like market basket analysis, purchase behavior, alternate purchase etc. and share with cross-functional teams

  • Fully utilize tools including Edge by Ascential to provide thorough inputs on market share, product performance, competition on Amazon 

  • Management and evolution of consumer journey mapping, consumer targeting, communications and analysis

  • Provide recommendations on opportunities identified based on the business goals and performance

  • Work closely with in-house onboarding specialist to understand sku activation/modification process online by customer

  • Review active catalog across e-commerce regularly and make/suggest content enrichment changes required

  • Partner with business leaders and external partners to resolve consumer experience friction points and technology errors to improve consumer experience, conversion and accuracy of data

  • Manage the relationship with Bazaarvoice and the strategy for responding to questions, ratings and reviews

  • Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand, for adoption into the Online Experience enhancement strategy

  • Perform regular MAP and reseller monitoring using tools such as PriceSpider/Prowl and report on/respond to violations

  • Create a dashboard for tracking against brand protection KPIs

  • Assist with the development and administration of e-commerce sales policies and reseller applications

  • Maintain a safe workplace

  • Wear Personal Protective equipment as required on the shop floor

  • Comply with the company policies and OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Act)

  • Follow safe work and lockout / tagout procedures as required

  • Report unsafe conditions as soon as possible

  • Ensure compliance with the Masco Canada Product Compliance Management System

  • Follow all area work instructions and procedures in order to ensure quality standards are adhered to

  • Report any potentially defective or damaged products or packaging to the quality dept and the supervisor

  • Ensure your work area is maintained at required daily 5S standards

  • Correct any deviations from 5S standards immediately

  • 2-5 years experience in successfully creating and managing campaigns on platform like Amazon, Wayfair etc

  • Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis on marketing, advertising or business preferred

  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, online campaigns management, sales drivers and performance deliverables, MAP monitoring

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power point

  • Experience with online systems such as PriceSpider/Prowl, Edge by Ascential, Amazon Vendor Central, etc

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Ability to navigate data and leverage analytics to make decisions

  • Understanding of cross-channel attribution, media math, digital creative production, ad serving, etc.
