The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining Masco Canada’s Salesforce.com environment and working with various business stakeholders to identify additional opportunities to improve business process, enhance customer relations and leverage the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3 Years Related Experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification would be considered an asset
  • Development experience would be considered an asset
  • High school Diploma
  • College or University degree (or equivalent experience)
What You’ll Do:
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and create an implementation plan.
  • Design, document, build, test and deploy Salesforce enhancements
  • Lead/Assist with project management responsibilities
  • Stay informed with updates in new releases of both Salesforce and other integrated technologies and recommend enhancements
  • Drive end user adoption
  • Perform data analysis and mass uploads as required
  • Manage 3rd party integration tools
  • Liaison between users, vendors and developers
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Manage users, profiles, roles and security
  • Support new user onboarding and training
  • Travel between sites as necessary to meet with stakeholders ( < 25%)
  • Serve as an escalation point for IT support issues
  • Additional duties outside of the Salesforce scope as required
    • Lead/support additional non-Salesforce related projects
    • Assist with process improvement and automated workflow initiatives
    • Take on various other tasks as required to support the rest of the IT team
Who You Are: 
  • Must possess the analytical ability to scope and narrow down a problem.
  • Must possess the drive to research and resolve a problem.
  • Must possess the experience to understand when an issue is out of scope.
  • Must possess the ability to estimate the effort required to resolve an issue and recommend accordingly.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written proposals and visual presentations.
  • Must identify and manage business risk issues during the project development cycle.
  • Must possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Must possess the character to work effectively with various user personalities.
  • Must possess the drive to accept and learn new technologies. (Continuous Education)
  • Must possess the ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Must possess the ability to organize workload and effectively handle multiple tasks.
