    Location: Mississauga, ON

     

    Come build the future with us! We are looking for a dynamic Financial Leader who is passionate about managing a market leading product portfolio that consumers love. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will join a rapidly growing and developing team.

     

    In a role of FP&A Analyst, you will be a key financial advisor and a thought leader for the financial planning processes, supporting development and delivery of company short- and long-term objectives. We are looking for a team player with strong business acumen, innovative ideas, excellent communication skills, and a drive to win. 

     

    What You Will Do: 

    • Provide Product Management Team with the right financial data, reports critical for decision making

    • Support Product Management Team in developing financial evaluation for business recommendations

    • Develop and implement assigned financial processes and models

    • Financial analysis and strategic insights of product categories / Long- and short-term planning by category and sub-category / Pricing and margin analysis

    • Assists in building and managing business agreements with customers / agencies

    • Identify and champion process and systems improvements

    • Train business partners to develop their financial acumen and independently use financial tools

    • Support initiatives to enhance reporting, analytical, and Business Intelligence capabilities

    • Assist in financial presentations for senior management and multifunctional meetings

    • Occasional travel between sites (Mississauga and St. Thomas) may be required.

    What You Will Bring: 

    • 2+ years of post-degree progressive financial experience, preferably within CPG or similar environment, FP&A or Brands Finance.

    • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with comfort working across functions and with different levels of management

    • Team player who is able to influence others within the business and functional teams

    • Ability to work under tight timelines within a very dynamic, fast-paced environment

    • Proficient Excel, Power Point skills and experience working with ERP systems   

    • Accounting Designation completion or Program Enrollment preferred but not required
