Job Description:

 

3M Canada is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for its Human Resources (HR) Operations team located in London, ON. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to tap into their curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Main Responsibilities:

 

 

To set you up for success in this role from Day 1, 3M requires (at minimum) the following qualifications

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Travel: In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 10% of the time, which may involve overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required.

 

Relocation: May be approved

  • Leading local implementation of Global prioritized people strategies and HR programs that align to business strategies in compliance with local employment, labour and requirements and regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education combined with HR certification
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Ability to influence and challenge leaders
  • Experience advocating for employees along with being an advocate for our D & I initiatives
  • Solid business acumen that enables you to quickly understand client’s needs while implementing various strategies and programs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing and analytical skills
