Dessert Holdings is a leading baked goods platform providing premium layer cakes, cheesecakes, brownies, bars, and other desserts to the retail in-store bakery ("ISB") and foodservice channels on a largely private label basis. We are a rapidly growing company comprised of The Original Cakerie (acq. December 2015), Lawler's Foods (acq. July 2016), and Atlanta Cheesecake Company (acq. We are looking for Part Time Production Workers for our London ON location.

What will you do: Why make cake of course!

• Work on the production line in a variety of roles (Depositing, Decorating and Packaging) to produce our high quality cake products
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Work on various tasks with a focus on detail and quality
• Work in a fast-paced, team work environment
• Share in our passion for making amazing, delicious, high quality desserts

What do we need?

• Previous experience in a food environment preferred
• Flexibility & commitment to work
• High energy team player with an attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity
• Safety first approach to work
• A GREAT attendance record and glowing references
• Reliable means of transportation to and from the campus
• Must be available to work both start times on your chosen shift

Shift Summary:

• Required to be available for a minimum of three shifts per week from Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays being a regularly required shift
• Desire more hours? Increase your availability
• A shift runs for 8 hours with a 30 minute break added

Our pay! 

• We pay great wages!
• $18.06 per hour during probationary period (70 shifts)
• $20.07 per hour after probationary period
• Shift premium for all hours worked between 7:00 pm – 5:00 am
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses upon completion of probation
