We are a fast-growing company and currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm

Salary: Based off experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in the Transportation Industry
• Bilingual in French an asset
• Excellent computer skills
• TruckMate Experience an asset but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for problem solving
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, and owner operators
• Attention to detail and accuracy while multi-tasking
• Positive attitude, and motivated to learn
• Clean Criminal Search

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all trucks are loaded, processed and dispatched in a timely manner
• Dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads
• Communicate with drivers about upcoming schedules
• Respond to customer calls quickly and efficiently
• Maintain high compliance to dispatch standards and operating procedures
• Scheduling of equipment for preventative maintenance
• Assist drivers with any arising issues or questions
• Work closely with operations colleagues to ensure quality of service
